HYROX Fitness
HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations in a unique race format that tests both endurance and strength. Participants complete eight rounds of running 1 kilometre, followed by a different functional workout station each time.

What HYROX Training Involves
HYROX events typically consist of eight 1-kilometer runs, (or what you can manage) each followed by a functional workout station. These stations may include:
SkiErg: Simulates the motion of cross-country skiing. (BLUE room)
Sled Push: Push a weighted sled over a set distance. (RED room) HIITMILL X
Sled Pull: Pull a weighted sled across a designated area. (RED room) HIITMILL X
Burpee Broad Jumps: Perform burpees followed by broad jumps over a set distance. (Studio/Gym)
Rowing: Use a rowing machine to cover a certain distance. (BLUE room)
Farmers Carry: Carry heavy weights in each hand for a set distance. (RED room) HIITMILL X
Sandbag Lunges: Perform lunges while carrying a sandbag on your shoulders. (Studio/Gym)
Wall Balls: Throw a medicine ball at a target from a squatting position. (Studio)
